If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of your order date if the item is unused and remains in its original packaging, some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. The refund will not include the original shipping and handling changes that were paid. Your refund will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your return and will be send back via your original method of payment.

UPPER Home branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to UPPER Home, contact us via email for further instruction. All shipping to UPPER Home must be pre-paid and insured. UPPER Home cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. New York State law requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.

This warranty is available in the United States and Canada.
